SLR is an amalgamation of Usui and Angelic Reiki, incorporating my Spirit Guides and was designed and taught by Hannah MacIntyre and her Spirit Team.
The SLR system of healing, like traditional Reiki, aims to balance and heal all aspects of the person, i.e. mind, body, emotions, and spiritual.

The SLR form of Reiki is a vibrational high-frequency energy, and as such, with all forms of energy, can flow anywhere and everywhere. This energy has an intelligence that allows it to target the areas in a person that require the most healing. Which means you may not get what you want, just what you need.
For example, you may seek healing for a physical issue, sometimes the cause could relate to emotional or mental events, which may need to be healed before any physical symptoms will be allowed to subside.
Following the healing, you may enter a phase that can bring up old issues and emotions. Your emotions may go from rock bottom and sad, and in a moment change to happy and on top of the world.

I love this quote from Hanna’s teaching : Embrace the clearing process, no matter what. In the words of Stephen Levine” Letting go of our suffering is the hardest work we will ever do. It is also the most fruitful. To heal means to meet ourselves in a new way – in the newness of each moment where all is possible and nothing is limited to the old.”

Reiki can be done in person on a one-to-one basis or by distance healing.
Distance healing can be useful for anyone who cannot travel due to physical or home commitments. As already mentioned, because energy is unlimited, it will travel to where it is needed. Like a radio, you can tune in anywhere and receive the same station wherever you are. It’s energy frequency, so long as its direction is known, it will get there.
